    Qualifying in 1996, after completing a National Diploma in Food Service Management at Wits Hotel School, Tracy went on to work in various Private Catering companies. Together with extra contract chef work, she gained experience both large and small from private home catering to large scale food production such as CSIR and Kyalami Race track.

    Hosting luncheons for orporates and working hands on for a variety of events, parties, year end functions and team building events, Tracy then moved on to run the Executive Dining Room at Sun International. Taking a break whilst starting a family, Tracy went on to gain more skills through part time courses in Cake Decorating amongst others. It was then that Black – Chilli was founded.

    Offering all types of hospitality and catering, from private parties, celebrations, baby showers, fun classes and much more.
